Job Description for Graphic Designer

Part of the Marketing & Engagement team. Communicates and promotes our brand through compelling graphic design and strategic multi-channel marketing to drive consumer demand. Oversees all graphic design needs and facilitates marketing campaigns from start to finish. Works towards achieving quarterly and yearly goals for department and company.

Position: Full-time

Responsibilities for Graphic Designer

  • Design and collaborate on pages and other elements for the website

  • Design presentations/powerpoints 

  • Perform tasks creating visual concepts, by hand or using computer applications, to communicate ideas that inspire, inform, or captivate an audience

  • Interprets oral and written descriptions and converting them into visual and graphics representations, including Web sites, print materials, and logos

  • Lead the creation and execution of multi-channel marketing strategies that increase brand awareness, drive new customer acquisition and repeat purchase, and help sales to achieve growth objectives.

  • Help design and support graphic designers as needed

  • Create eye-catching graphics and engaging designs

  • Handle graphic projects from start to finish

  • Develop and maintain image library files

  • Coordinate with outside agencies and services as needed

  • Submit rough layouts for project approval

Qualifications for Graphic Designer

  • 4+ Years Experience (required)

  • UI/UX preferred but not required

  • Experience in working in a marketing department

  • Deadline and detail oriented

  • Highly organized; able to manage multiple projects / priorities simultaneously while meeting deadlines

  • Flexibilitylirty to be able to switch between projects or pivot quickly

  • Must have experience and strong understanding in the complex topics of cryptocurrency/ blockchain industry (highly recommended)
