You will join the development team as an integral part of its ongoing development and success. You will communicate with your development team and the product owner to streamline the development process and create meaningful interactions with our technology systems.

Position: Full-time

Responsibilities for Mobile App Developer

• Developing interface applications using Vue.js and the surrounding ecosystem

• Accurately translate user and business needs into functional frontend code

• Sync with others team members to build new software features from start to finish for our web console and kiosks application.

• Determining the structure and design of web pages.

• Ensuring user experience determines design choices.

• Developing features to enhance the user experience.

• Striking a balance between functional and aesthetic design.

• Ensuring web design is optimized for smartphones.

• Building reusable code for future use.

• Optimizing web pages for maximum speed and scalability.

• Utilizing a variety of markup languages to write web pages.

• Maintaining brand consistency throughout the design.

Qualifications for Mobile App Developer

• 3+ years of experience in building and deploying  mobile applications

• 2+ years of building mobile applications using React Native

• Desire to work in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment

• A passion for UX/UI design or familiarity with UX/UI principles

• Extensive experience and proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript and TypeScript

• Understanding of React Native best principles and design aesthetics

• Strong knowledge of React fundamentals such as Virtual DOM, component lifecycle, and component state

• Significant experience with ReactNative and the React ecosystem as well as unidirectional data flow patterns, preferably Redux

• Understanding of microservices

• Familiarity with the submission process for the Google Play and App Store

• Familiarity with:

• Automated unit tests and E2E ui tests using jest or cypress

• Coding standards and code reviews processes

• GitHub for code repository and GitHub actions for CICD pipelines

• Knowledge in VueJS is a major plus

• Comfortable using Git and GitHub as source control system for merging, branching, pull requests, etc.

• Self-motivated and able work under minimal supervision
